Ones own health – in part – is a result of good nutrition and movement of the body. Many of us may have regularly drank a glass of milk at night and it was always said to do so in order to build strong bones. Salaat is also a form of nutrition, and it provides energy to fuel our lives.

It’s important to practice daily – turning your attention to prayer and to submit yourself fully.
